01 / BUILD THE SURFACE

TD Coat RT

High-build, machinable coating

Build up major surface flaws, voids and seams, then machine or shape the cured coating to the geometry you need.

Best fit
Substantial surface correction on printed parts and tooling.
What it does
Provides a machinable surface for subsequent finishing.
Layer lines on a sparse printed thermoforming mold before finishing
THE NEXT STEPLevel the print.
Refine the surface.

02 / LEVEL & SMOOTH

TD Sand

High-build surfacing primer

Fill layer lines and smaller imperfections to prepare a uniform surface for final finishing. Sand, level and polish with a coating formulated for surface preparation.

Best fit
Leveling printed surfaces, plugs and molds.
What it does
Creates a sandable layer between surface correction and the final coating.
TD SEAL RT
A smooth finish starts at the surface.
03 / SEAL & FINISH

TD Seal RT

Lower-temperature sealing & finishing

Seal the surface for vacuum integrity and a durable finish. TD Seal RT can be sanded and buffed to a Class A surface for suitable lower-temperature applications.

Best fit
Parts and tools with lower operating-temperature requirements.
What it does
Combines surface sealing with a polishable finish.

04 / SEAL FOR HIGHER TEMPERATURES

TD Seal HT

Higher-temperature sealing & finishing

For tooling with higher operating-temperature requirements. TD Seal HT delivers vacuum integrity and a finished tooling surface through a process that includes heat curing and post-curing.

Best fit
Demanding tooling applications requiring higher-temperature performance.
Application
Spray, heat cure, sand and polish, then post-cure following the application procedure.
