OAK RIDGE, Tenn.- The question to “Do we have to keep building houses the way we always have?” has been answered, and the answer is, “apparently not.” Researchers in East Tennessee have printed a 3D house that supplies its own energy, in cooperation with a 3D printed, energy-efficient car. The solar powered house and car can exchange energy via a connection port. The models are not quite ready for customer purchase yet,  but researchers are hard at work to make this technology as affordable as possible for tomorrow’s consumers. Read full article.
